01Educational Program Only
TPT AI Academy provides educational instruction, guided practice, projects, portfolio development, and applied AI skill-building. Information, examples, demonstrations, templates, and discussions are provided for learning purposes.
Participation does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, insurance, medical, mental-health, lending, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional relationship.
02No School Credit or Accreditation Guarantee
The Academy does not guarantee academic credit, transfer credit, graduation credit, accreditation recognition, transcript treatment, or acceptance by a school, district, college, university, scholarship program, employer, or licensing body unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
03Internal Credentials and Third-Party Certifications
Internal badges, certificates, and final Academy credentials reflect Academy-defined evidence, mastery, participation, conduct, capstone, and review standards. They are not degrees, professional licenses, or third-party vendor certifications.
External certification readiness means preparation only. The Academy does not guarantee eligibility, fees, scheduling, exam availability, passing scores, credential issuance, renewals, or vendor decisions.
04No Vendor Affiliation or Endorsement
References to technology companies, platforms, cloud providers, software, credentials, or logos are instructional examples unless a formal written relationship is disclosed. No sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, certification authority, or partnership is implied merely because a platform is discussed or used.
05AI Output Accuracy and Human Responsibility
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, fabricated, or unsafe output. Learners are taught to verify sources, calculations, claims, assumptions, images, citations, and tool behavior before relying on or presenting results.
The learner remains responsible for direction, judgment, verification, revision, disclosure, testing, and final submission. Academy review reduces risk but does not guarantee that every output or project is error-free.
06No Employment, Income, Client, or Business Guarantee
The Academy does not guarantee employment, promotion, internship placement, admissions, scholarships, clients, revenue, profit, business growth, cost savings, funding, financing, or any other economic or career result.
Portfolio proof, consulting-style communication, badges, credentials, and projects may support future opportunities, but outcomes depend on the learner, market conditions, third-party decisions, experience, continued practice, and other factors outside Academy control.
07Student Projects and Client-Style Work
Many projects are simulations, supervised educational exercises, limited prototypes, or permission-controlled real-world cases. They are not automatically production-ready, legally compliant, commercially suitable, secure, or appropriate for external use.
Public delivery, external sharing, client handoff, or production deployment requires appropriate permission, review, testing, data controls, and approval. Learners may not represent that they are acting as licensed professionals or authorized agents of the Academy.
08No Professional Advice
Instruction may discuss business systems, workflows, research, automation, content, consulting concepts, financial or health examples, legal or compliance risks, and other real-world contexts. Such discussion is educational only and is not legal, tax, investment, insurance, lending, medical, mental-health, compliance, or cybersecurity advice.
Participants should consult qualified professionals before making decisions requiring licensed or specialized judgment.
09Privacy and Sensitive Data
Academy exercises are designed to use test data, simulated data, public information, or properly authorized non-sensitive information. Learners must not place private student records, medical data, financial data, legal records, passwords, client secrets, confidential business information, or other sensitive information into unapproved AI or public tools.
No digital platform is completely secure. Families and learners remain responsible for protecting credentials, following sharing rules, and reporting suspected exposure.
10Third-Party Tools and Platform Changes
Third-party tools control their own availability, pricing, age restrictions, accounts, moderation, data use, model behavior, outages, suspensions, limits, features, and product changes. The Academy does not guarantee that a specific platform, feature, account type, or workflow will remain available.
The Academy may substitute tools or modify assignments when a platform changes or becomes unsuitable.
11Devices, Internet, and Account Access
Unless otherwise stated in writing, participants are responsible for required devices, internet access, approved accounts, passwords, storage, updates, and account recovery. The Academy is not responsible for lost work, missed sessions, or delayed progress caused by unmanaged devices, lost passwords, unsupported hardware, blocked accounts, or third-party outages.
12Minors and Parent or Guardian Responsibility
Parents and guardians remain responsible for authorizing participation, approving accounts, monitoring home technology use, maintaining current contact information, supporting attendance and make-up work, and responding to significant safety, conduct, technology, or progress concerns.
The Academy is an educational program and does not replace parental supervision, school supervision, counseling, medical care, or emergency services.
13Media, Portfolio, and Showcase Use
Public use of a minor’s image, voice, testimonial, name, or identifiable portfolio work requires appropriate permission. A valid optional release may permit selected use, editing for privacy or presentation, and prospective revocation subject to the release terms.
Showcases may be private, permission-controlled, or limited to approved guests. The Academy may restrict content to protect student, family, client, or third-party information.
14Schedule, Venue, and Instructor Adjustments
Schedules, locations, instructors, formats, and delivery methods may be reasonably adjusted because of holidays, weather, illness, emergencies, facility changes, technology conditions, enrollment logistics, or operational needs. Reasonable makeup, alternate delivery, recorded support, or comparable remedies do not automatically constitute cancellation.
15External Links and Resources
Links to outside websites, courses, videos, documentation, exams, or resources are provided for convenience or instruction. The Academy does not control and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, privacy, security, accessibility, content, or terms.
16No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academy websites, content, tools, materials, instruction, and services are provided on an educational and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results.
17Limitation and Controlling Agreements
Liability limitations, payment terms, refund rules, dispute provisions, and other binding terms are stated in the Terms of Service and applicable signed agreements. Where this Disclaimers page conflicts with a signed cohort-specific agreement, the signed agreement controls.
