01Acceptance and Operator
By accessing a TPT AI Academy website, submitting an application, enrolling, participating in instruction, using Academy materials, or accepting program services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable published and signed policies.
TPT AI Academy is operated by The Peoples Trusts Consulting LLC. References to “Academy,” “TPTA,” “we,” or “us” refer to the TPT AI Academy program and its operator.
02Eligibility, Parent Authority, and Adult Learners
A parent or legal guardian must enroll and provide required consent for a minor unless a valid school or organizational arrangement provides another lawful authorization path. The signing parent or guardian represents that they have authority to approve participation, technology use, communications, payment, conduct rules, dispute terms, and applicable permissions.
Adult learners may enroll on their own behalf and are responsible for their accounts, payments, communications, conduct, and compliance with these Terms.
03Application, Fit Review, and Admission
Admission may be application-based. Submitting an application, joining a waitlist, receiving information, or completing a fit call does not guarantee acceptance, payment access, enrollment, a reserved seat, a specific schedule, or participation in a particular cohort.
The Academy may accept, decline, defer, waitlist, redirect, or request additional readiness information based on capacity, maturity, technology access, schedule, safety, program fit, and pathway alignment.
04Program Scope and Educational Position
The Academy provides structured, applied AI education involving responsible use, prompt control, research and verification, cloud literacy, portfolio development, content systems, business thinking, workflow mapping, data capture, automation, AI assistants, audits, consulting communication, capstone work, and presentation.
The Academy is not a casual AI club, software guarantee, job-placement service, business-opportunity sale, certification guarantee, professional licensing program, or school-credit program unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
05Schedule, Location, Format, and Reasonable Adjustments
Programs may be delivered in person, online, hybrid, at a school or university partner location, at a rented classroom or conference facility, or at another appropriate venue. Dates, times, locations, instructors, formats, session sequencing, and delivery methods may be reasonably adjusted for holidays, weather, emergencies, venue issues, enrollment logistics, technology conditions, instructor availability, or operational needs.
A reasonable substitute, makeup session, alternate instructor, recorded support, build lab, asynchronous assignment, extended access, or comparable instructional remedy does not by itself constitute program cancellation.
06Attendance, Participation, Make-Up Work, and Progress
Learners are expected to attend, participate, build, revise, document, submit required evidence, and remain current with Academy work. Missed sessions may require assignments, recordings, alternate sessions, lab time, written reflection, project submission, or another approved recovery method.
Repeated absence, missed make-up work, failure to participate, or failure to submit required evidence may affect continuation, credential eligibility, portfolio review, showcase participation, and enrollment standing.
07Required Technology and Accounts
Unless a separate writing states otherwise, families and learners are responsible for a working portable laptop, charger, reliable internet access, current browser, email access, approved accounts, password security, storage access, and timely setup.
The Academy does not provide shared learner accounts. Account creation must follow platform age requirements and required parent or guardian approval. The Academy is not responsible for missed work caused by unmanaged devices, lost passwords, blocked accounts, avoidable login failure, or failure to complete required setup.
08Tuition, Deposits, Payment Plans, and Seat Reservation
Tuition, deposits, founding rates, discounts, balances, installment schedules, seat-hold deadlines, and payment methods are governed by the applicable offer, invoice, checkout, signed enrollment agreement, or written payment plan.
Third-party BNPL or financing is not guaranteed and is controlled by the provider. Returned payments, chargebacks, reversals, failed financing, or unpaid balances may pause onboarding, instruction, project review, credential review, showcase access, or continued participation. A seat may be released if required payment is not completed by the stated deadline.
09Refunds, Fit Window, Withdrawal, and Credits
The applicable signed Refund & Cancellation Policy and Enrollment Agreement control refund, deposit, fit-window, withdrawal, and future-credit terms. Unless a written policy states otherwise, deposits and seat-reservation amounts may be non-refundable, and cash refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or approved in writing.
Reasonable rescheduling, venue changes, online conversion, hybrid delivery, makeup sessions, recorded support, alternate instructor support, or extended access does not automatically create a refund right.
10Communications and Electronic Records
Parents, guardians, adult learners, and authorized participants consent to reasonable communications regarding applications, admission, payment, scheduling, attendance, progress, conduct, technology, safety, onboarding, and program operations by email, SMS, phone, calendar invitation, video call, portal, or similar channel.
Electronic signatures, electronic records, click-through acceptance, and digitally delivered notices may be used to the extent permitted by law.
11Responsible AI and Academic Integrity
Learners must direct their work and remain responsible for verification, revision, disclosure, source checking, testing, and final submission. AI output may not be treated as automatically accurate or submitted as final work without understanding and review.
Prohibited conduct includes cheating, impersonation, plagiarism, fabricated sources or evidence, hidden unauthorized tools, misleading claims, harassment, threats, unsafe content, unauthorized data use, or misrepresentation of what the learner created or verified.
12Privacy, Sensitive Data, and Safe Tool Use
Learners may not upload or disclose passwords, medical information, financial information, legal records, school records, private family information, confidential client data, personal identifiers, or other sensitive information through unapproved tools or public systems.
Any accidental exposure, suspicious link, unsafe content, account compromise, or privacy concern must be reported promptly. The Academy may restrict tools, projects, access, or participation to protect learners, families, staff, clients, and systems.
13Real-World and Client-Style Work
Real-world or client-style projects require approved scope, permission, safe data, human review, Academy review, and professional boundaries. Learners may not contact an outside business, school, organization, client, or individual on behalf of the Academy without approval.
Learners may not promise revenue, savings, legal compliance, medical results, financial outcomes, job outcomes, certification results, or other professional or business outcomes. Public delivery, external sharing, client handoff, or production deployment requires approval when the Academy so directs.
14Credentials, Badges, Certificates, and Graduation
Internal Academy badges, certificates, completion acknowledgments, and final credentials depend on participation, submitted work, process evidence, verification, mastery, conduct, capstone completion, oral defense, and instructor or Academy review.
Third-party certification readiness means preparation and guidance only. The Academy does not control or guarantee external vendor eligibility, fees, exam dates, exam availability, passing scores, credential issuance, or vendor decisions.
15Third-Party Platforms and Vendor References
Programs may reference or use common technology vendors and platforms for instructional purposes. Unless formally documented in writing, no sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, certification authority, or partnership is claimed.
Third-party services control their own age requirements, fees, availability, functionality, data practices, security, terms, outages, suspensions, and product changes. The Academy is not responsible for those third-party decisions or platform conditions.
16Academy Materials and Intellectual Property
Curriculum, templates, frameworks, prompts, worksheets, rubrics, workflows, methods, recordings, operating models, documents, and instructional materials remain the property of the Academy or its licensors. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for authorized educational participation.
Participants may not resell, copy, publish, repackage, distribute, train competing programs with, remove notices from, or commercially exploit Academy materials without written permission.
17Student Work, Portfolio Rights, and Media
Student-created work remains the student’s work, subject to Academy review, safety requirements, third-party rights, applicable project permissions, and signed agreements. The Academy may review and retain work for instruction, progress, credential verification, and program records.
Public use of a minor’s name, image, voice, testimonial, or identifiable work requires a signed release or other written permission. Declining the optional Media & Portfolio Release does not by itself prevent otherwise valid enrollment.
18Suspension, Restriction, and Removal
The Academy may warn, restrict, pause, suspend, or remove a learner for non-payment, repeated disruption, harassment, unsafe behavior, academic dishonesty, responsible AI violations, technology misuse, privacy misuse, unauthorized data sharing, material policy violations, persistent non-participation, or conduct creating legal, safety, reputational, or operational risk.
Serious circumstances may result in immediate restriction or removal. Removal for cause does not guarantee a refund or future credit.
19No Outcome Guarantees
The Academy does not guarantee certification, school credit, employment, internship placement, income, client acquisition, business performance, college admission, scholarship, financing, licensing, or any specific academic, career, or business result.
Educational discussion of business, consulting, automation, AI, or technology does not create a professional advisory relationship.
20Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, websites, materials, instruction, platforms, and services are provided on an “as available” and educational basis. The Academy does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous third-party platform availability, or that every tool, output, recommendation, or project will meet every participant’s expectations.
21Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy’s total liability arising out of or relating to a participant’s current program, enrollment, services, scheduling, communications, or these Terms is limited to amounts actually paid to the Academy for that participant’s current cohort, excluding third-party financing charges, payment-provider fees, and amounts paid directly to third parties.
The Academy is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, speculative, lost-opportunity, lost-income, lost-admission, lost-client, lost-credential, or lost-data damages.
22Participant Responsibility and Indemnity
Participants are responsible for their own account use, devices, passwords, submitted content, project permissions, representations, communications, and compliance with law and third-party terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the responsible adult or adult learner agrees to protect the Academy from third-party claims arising from unauthorized content, unlawful conduct, rights violations, data misuse, or activity outside approved Academy scope.
23Force Majeure and Operational Disruption
The Academy is not responsible for delay or adjustment caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, illness, emergency, venue closure, technology outage, platform changes, government action, school or facility restrictions, safety concerns, family emergencies, instructor emergencies, or other operational disruptions.
The Academy may respond through reasonable schedule, location, delivery, makeup, recording, alternate-support, or access adjustments.
24Dispute Resolution, Florida Law, and Individual Claims
The parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution first. Where a signed enrollment agreement requires arbitration, that provision controls. To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration, jury trial may be waived, and claims must be brought individually rather than as a class, collective, representative, or consolidated action.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any permitted court proceeding shall be Broward County, Florida, unless governing law requires otherwise.
25Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
The Academy may update public Terms for future use. Material changes affecting an active signed cohort will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted.
These Terms, together with applicable signed agreements, policies, invoices, releases, and written program terms, form the agreement governing the participant’s relationship with the Academy.
